• Shipped fullstack Python and React in production.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong coding abilities across the stack.
• Built and deployed AI-powered apps using RAG/agentic approaches for large user bases.
• Think like a product owner; question the need before how to build.
• Strong UX sense and willingness to push back on designs that don’t serve users.
• Owned features end-to-end from user problem to measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features for North, Cohere's AI workspace platform.
• Develop autonomous agents that interact with sensitive enterprise data.
• Write minimal code for low-resource environments with strict deployment controls.
• When security/privacy require it, reinvent the wheel and limit popular libraries.
• Collaborate with researchers to productionize state-of-the-art models.
