Cohere is seeking an Applied AI Engineer, Agents & Automations, to build AI-powered product experiences inside North, Cohere's workspace platform, for enterprise workflows. You will collaborate with modelling, product, design and customer teams to turn model capability into reliable, user-facing systems, with evals, proactive intelligence, and new interfaces.

Qualifications
- Shipped LLM-powered or AI-assisted product experiences in production.
- Strong software engineer across backend systems and user-facing product areas.
- Focus on user outcomes and robust system behavior.
- Experience debugging real-world production failures and turning learnings into durable improvements.
Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered product experiences across North.
- Design and ship new interfaces for interacting with models and workflows.
- Build eval, observability, and feedback systems for enterprise AI experiences.
- Improve AI reliability through design, prompting, context construction, and tooling.
- Turn production feedback into better product behavior and stronger eval suites.
- Collaborate with modelling, product, design, and customer teams to define measurable improvements.
