Qualifications
- 12+ years of SWE experience in programs and contracts of similar scope.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Four additional SWE years may substitute for a bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team, integrating data from multiple agency elements.
- Develop and maintain web apps for analytic and workflow support.
- Engage directly with customer leadership, analysts, and other developers.
- Implement solutions to support mission needs and share results with stakeholders.
- Expand on workflow automation and introduce agentic AI opportunities.
