Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build the next evolution of our AI-native Customer Agent platform. You will design, implement, and scale systems powering autonomous service, AI-driven support, and agentic commerce across millions of interactions.

You will work across the stack to create scalable, multi-channel experiences, mentor peers, and drive architectural decisions that improve reliability and speed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience developing end-to-end software solutions across frontend and backend.
• Experience building scalable, customer-facing systems in fast-moving product environments.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring team members.
• Experience conducting code reviews and robust testing/deployment cycles.
• Curiosity around AI-native product development and LLM tooling.
