Job summary

Protech Talent is seeking a Senior/Staff Full-Stack Engineer to own product and feature development, interfacing directly with users and internal teams to shape what gets built. You will tackle the hardest backend challenges, including workflow orchestration, API design, and data architectures, while delivering end-to-end, high-quality features.

You will work on agentic AI systems, modern data models, and scalable backend services, with strong requirements for TypeScript/React on the frontend

Qualifications

• 2+ years shipping complex products across the full stack (frontend and backend).
• Founding engineer/early employee or technical leader at a VC-backed startup (Seed/Series A).
• Product-minded execution with end-to-end ownership in PM-less environments.
• Strong communication, able to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Redesign workflow orchestration for complex, multi-step legal processes.
• Build agentic AI systems with LLMs to automate legal operations.
• Own data modeling, schema design, migrations, and API access controls.
• Ship full-stack features for customer portals and internal tooling.
• Operate without a PM, translating business pain into technical specs and shipping frequently.
