Job summary

Engg is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own major parts of our AI-powered platform, from concept to production, with ownershi p of end-to-end development. You’ll collaborate with lawyers to translate complex needs into reliable software and help shape architecture as the team grows.

You’ll work across frontend and backend, integrating AI workflows, and contribute to rapid iteration while maintaining quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong experience building and shipping production web applications.
• Ability to work effectively across the frontend and backend.
• Strong product judgment and ability to operate with significant autonomy.
• Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-enabled products and features end-to-end using an AI-enabled development process.
• Own major technical projects from initial idea through production deployment.
• Work across the frontend, backend, APIs, databases, integrations, and infrastructure as needed.
• Build intuitive interfaces for complex AI-powered workflows.
• Work closely with lawyers and other users to rapidly understand problems and ship solutions.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions that allow us to move quickly without sacrificing reliability.
• Be proactive and come up with ideas on how to build our products better.
• Help establish engineering practices and technical standards as the team grows.
