Job summary

Tru Treasury is seeking a full-time Senior Full Stack Developer to design and build modern financial technology products for U.S. financial institutions and businesses.

You will own features end-to-end, from architecture and backend services to frontend experiences, collaborating with product and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions. Our stack focuses on TypeScript, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with TypeScript.
• Production experience with React and Next.js.
• Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Experience deploying and operating applications in AWS.
• Experience designing and building APIs and backend services.
• Experience working in Git-based collaborative environments.
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture and development best practices.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable full stack applications using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Develop backend APIs and services.
• Design and maintain PostgreSQL relational data models.
• Work with infrastructure and services deployed in AWS.
• Collaborate with other engineers on system architecture and feature design.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards.
• Work closely with product and operations teams to deliver new features.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability and performance.
