Job summary

Landing Point, a multi-manager investment platform, seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer to architect, lead, and hands-on deliver complex financial applications. You will drive modern SDLC, Agile, and best practices while shaping cloud-first, scalable systems.

You will mentor juniors, collaborate with business, product, quantitative and engineering teams, and ensure robust, high-availability solutions. A strong background in C#, .NET, Python, Node.js, and AWS is required.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong expertise in C# on .NET, Python, and Node.js.
• Experience with modern web frameworks such as Angular and React.
• Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL/SQL Server) and familiar with KQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services like Lambda and API Gateway.
• Strong background in real-time and event-driven architectures.
• Proficient in CI/CD practices, with TeamCity preferred.
• Knowledge of secure coding, OO/FP design, MVC/MVVM, and automated testing.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Architect, lead, and contribute hands-on to the delivery of complex, scalable financial products and enterprise applications
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of modern methodologies, championing SDLC, Agile, and Clean Coding
• Make key architectural and technology decisions, ensuring alignment with business needs and technology strategy
• Mentor and coach junior developers; foster a culture of knowledge sharing, peer review, and skill-building
• Lead the modernization of legacy systems and processes, implementing cloud-first, automated solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business, product, quantitative, and engineering teams
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks; ensure all solutions are robust, highly available, and aligned with industry best practices
