Job summary

Reap is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Reap Direct to own the full development lifecycle of features end to end. You will build scalable, maintainable full-stack systems spanning customer-facing interfaces and back-end services.

You'll collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to design solutions for everyday fintech challenges using TypeScript, React, NestJS, Prisma with PostgreSQL/Aurora, AWS and Docker. We value reliability, growth mindset, and mentoring others.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience for senior candidates; strong ownership of systems.
• Full-stack proficiency with React frontend and TypeScript/NestJS backend deployed to cloud.
• Strong database skills with PostgreSQL; ORM experience (Prisma).
• Cloud deployment experience and scalable systems ownership.
• Problem solving, code quality, testing discipline, and collaboration.
• Growth mindset and willingness to mentor others.

Responsibilities
