Job summary

RegScale is seeking Senior Software Engineers to own features end-to-end, delivering across frontend (Angular), backend (.NET, C#, Python), and data layers (PostgreSQL/SQL Server). You will write high-quality code, review peers, and mentor others while driving production readiness and system reliability.

You will collaborate across engineering functions and stakeholders, contribute to API design and platform services, and operate with independence in a fast-moving, enterprise-ready environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering with full stack delivery across frontend, backend, and data layers.
• A track record of owning features end to end with emphasis on quality, stability, and outcomes.
• Strong fundamentals in API design, data modeling, separation of concerns, and clear module boundaries.
• Ability to work independently in unclear requirements and drive work to completion.
• Proven mentoring skills and contributions to team culture and code quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of features from requirements to production and post-release stability.
• Deliver across full stack including Angular frontend, .NET/C# backend, Python services, and data design.
• Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews to raise team quality.
• Design maintainable, reusable solutions and anticipate broader system impact.
• Identify risks early and propose concrete solutions.
• Collaborate with QA, Platform, Architecture, and Infrastructure, and communicate decisions clearly.
• Contribute to API design, performance considerations, and service reliability as needed.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across the team.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and commit to team goals.
