Job summary

Scale GP seeks a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to own major product areas from design to deployment. You’ll build modern React/TypeScript frontend experiences and reliable Python backends, integrating with LLMs and AI infrastructure to power intelligent product features.

You will work across the stack, adapting quickly to new technologies while delivering high-quality, scalable software in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time engineering experience.
• Strong experience building full-stack applications using React, TypeScript and Python.
• Experience with Kubernetes, containers, and microservice architectures.
• Familiarity with LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, or other AI tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own major full-stack product areas, driving features from design through production deployment.
• Build modern frontend experiences using React and TypeScript, ensuring performance and responsiveness.
• Develop reliable backend services in Python, including data pipelines and ML/LLM components.
• Integrate with LLMs, vector databases, and AI infrastructure to power product experiences.
• Deliver experiments and new features quickly with high quality and customer feedback loops.
• Collaborate across product, ML and infrastructure teams to shape Scale GP direction.
