Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or related quantitative field.
• At least 6 years in software engineering (no internship exemption).
• At least 3 years on public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or virtualization tools.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.
• Master’s Degree in CS or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years contributing to open-source frameworks.
• 9+ years coding with multiple modern languages (Go/Java/JS/TS/Python/Scala).

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team with distributed microservices.
• Mentor engineers, drive technical strategy, and participate in code evaluation.
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions for millions.
• Define multi-year roadmaps and investment priorities with architects and platform leads.
• Scale leadership capability and manage succession planning across teams.
