Job summary

HHAeXchange, a leading homecare technology platform, is seeking a Sr. Full Stack Engineer to build scalable APIs and end-to-end features across frontend and backend.

You'll work with Go, Angular, PostgreSQL, Redis, SQS, Kubernetes, and GenAI tooling to deliver high-impact solutions that connect patients, caregivers, and providers. A startup-like culture with rapid iteration awaits, along with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in one reactive JavaScript framework (Angular/React/Vue).
• Backend development with Go/NodeJS/Python (Go preferred).
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tooling.
• Experience with microservices and serverless architectures.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Flexible, team player with ability to work independently.
• Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
• Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence is a plus.
• Healthcare experience and HL7/FHIR interoperability familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build APIs and microservices enabling robust functionality and integrations.
• Develop full-stack solutions with Angular frontend and Go backend, optimizing cloud infrastructure.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and uphold coding standards.
• Integrate GenAI into agency management software to improve usability.
• Encourage exploration of new technologies and drive architectural improvements.
• Guide strategic development decisions by evaluating priorities and tradeoffs.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver features.
• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests for quality software.
