Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a senior full-stack software engineer to contribute significantly to building enterprise-grade software products. You will develop world-class frontend and backend solutions, collaborating with product and engineering leaders to drive high-impact projects and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As an experienced engineer, you will mentor teammates, shape engineering practices, and own the software development lifecycle from design through deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production full-stack systems across frontend and backend.
• Strong experience with React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Strong backend experience with Kotlin, Java, Spring or similar.
• Experience building APIs and working with SQL databases like MariaDB or PostgreSQL.
• Understanding distributed systems concepts and asynchronous processing.
• Cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP and containerized environments.
• Observability tools such as Grafana or OpenTelemetry.
• Experience using AI tools in development workflows and familiarity with agentic patterns.
• Experience with Kafka and event streaming systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with 3rd party integrations and observability.
• Experience with asynchronous and event-driven systems.
• Ability to collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers and own SDLC.
