Job summary

Alchemer is seeking a senior software engineer to shape analytics and data visualization. You’ll work across front-end React and back-end Python/TypeScript, collaborating with engineering leadership and product managers to define direction and to ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack capabilities with a front-end emphasis (React).
• Experience with analytics or data visualization platforms.
• Mentorship, code review, and knowledge sharing are part of the job.
• Experience with AI tooling in workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to analytics products by building services and interfaces, ensuring stability and quality for customers.
• Design architectures and processes for reliable, scalable products across platforms.
• Own technical approach from concept to production and optimize performance.
• Build and optimize APIs and front-end surfaces for internal and external use.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to CI/CD improvements and release planning.
