Job summary

Alchemer is seeking a Product Manager to own the analytics and data visualization product strategy and roadmap. You will partner with engineering and business leaders to prioritize features, manage the backlog, and deliver data-driven value.

You will champion AI capabilities, leverage ThoughtSpot/Tableau/Power BI, and translate customer feedback into a well-defined, prioritized body of work that drives measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management for enterprise SaaS.
• Deep knowledge of analytics, BI, and data visualization tools.
• Strong data modeling and database fundamentals.
• Experience with CX/Voice of the Customer or market research is a plus.
• Experience shipping data-driven products with measurable business value.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the analytics product strategy and roadmap.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and tech debt with engineering.
• Define requirements and evaluate trade-offs for performance and usability.
• Own the product backlog and balance business priorities with capacity.
• Champion AI/ML capabilities to deepen insights and engagement.
• Analyze market and user data to refine positioning and ROI.
• Track KPIs for adoption, engagement, and analytics outcomes.
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies with stakeholders.
• Engage with customers to gather input for development.
