Job summary

Salute is seeking an engineering leader who remains an impactful individual contributor. This full-stack data and analytics role blends coding with business enablement, pulling data from Snowflake and source systems, modeling it, and building front-end visualizations for business users.

You'll balance hands-on development (about 75%) with stakeholder collaboration (25%), setting technical direction and delivering AI and analytics products end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience delivering end-to-end products.
• Experience applying software engineering to AI systems.
• Full-stack data & analytics experience with data modeling, marts, and views.
• Ability to engage with senior technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end AI, data, and analytics products from ingestion to visualizations.
• Set technical direction and write production-grade code.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet needs.
• Balance hands-on development (~75%) with stakeholder interactions (~25%).
