Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a pragmatic Full-Stack Engineer to join our Full-Stack Product Engineering team. You will design and build reliable, scalable software, API backends, and user-facing interfaces that power TRM's platforms used by public and private sector clients.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate a vision into a concrete roadmap, own critical components, and participate in an on-call rotation. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Backend engineering experience building and operating scalable production-grade services (e.g., Node.js, Java, Python, Go, or similar).
• Proficiency in modern frontend development, including frameworks such as React, with experience building interactive, design-heavy high-performance UIs.
• Experience designing and building scalable systems, web applications, APIs, and services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain public APIs that are part of the API Product suite.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on transforming a functional vision into a tangible roadmap with clear outcomes.
• Support and enable internal business units through shared engineering services and functionalities.
• Develop cross-functional relationships with stakeholders across the organization to understand and empower their mission from end to end.
