Qualifications

Experience designing and building scalable systems, web applications, APIs, and services.
Understanding of relational databases (Postgres) and analytical databases.
Ability to translate customer pain points into technical and product requirements.
Strong ownership, initiative, and ability to handle ambiguity.
Excellent communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams at all levels.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable APIs and backend services.
Develop public APIs as part of the API Product suite.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate vision into a concrete roadmap with outcomes.
Support internal business units with shared engineering services and capabilities.
Foster cross-functional relationships to understand and empower mission end-to-end.
Design and scale systems, web apps, and services (Node.js backend) for TRM customers.
