Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Genuine passion for education and AI-native learning.
• Strong eye for quality educational content and complex systems.
• Full-stack skills with emphasis on backend systems, APIs, authentication, reliability, and infrastructure.
• Experience building platforms serving many concurrent users reliably.
• Ability to translate pedagogical intent into technical architecture while owning delivery.
• Experience interfacing with security and infrastructure teams to meet requirements without slowing velocity.
• Familiarity with using AI tools within engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own the enterprise-ready education platform and infrastructure—authentication/SSO, learner data models, content delivery, credentialing, and progress tracking—built for scale and AI-forward features.
• Define and guide the technical vision for delivering AI-driven educational experiences and determine what to build, extend, or replace as needs evolve.
• Develop AI-augmented pipelines for content generation, real-time adaptation, assessment delivery, and quality assurance with the education team.
