Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack production systems experience.
• Strong React, Next.js and TypeScript capabilities.
• Backend experience with Kotlin/Java and Spring.
• Experience building APIs and SQL databases (MariaDB, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with AWS or GCP and containerized environments.
• Observability with Grafana, OpenTelemetry.
• Experience with Kafka and event-driven systems.
• Ability to collaborate with product, design, and engineering to drive outcomes.
• Owns the software development lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Experience building AI-assisted development workflows.
