Beacon Hill is seeking a senior full stack software engineer to contribute to building software products for a growing enterprise. You will build world-class frontend and backend solutions and collaborate closely with product and engineering leaders to drive high-impact projects and deliver high-quality customer experiences.

As an experienced engineer you will mentor team members, influence engineering practices, own the software development lifecycle, and ensure systems are observable through

Qualifications

• 5+ years in producing full-stack software
• Experience with React, Next.js and TypeScript
• Backend experience with Kotlin, Java, Spring
• Experience building APIs and SQL databases
• Knowledge of distributed, asynchronous systems
• Cloud experience (AWS or GCP) and containers
• Observability via Grafana/OpenTelemetry or similar
• Experience with AI tools in development workflows
• Event streaming with Kafka
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration
• Experience with 3rd party integrations
• Ability to own SDLC and drive engineering decisions
