Jobgether in the United States is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack - Sales Planning to help build and scale an early-stage Sales Planning platform. You will work across quota, capacity, territory management, and an AI-powered revenue planning agent.

This hands-on role requires turning ambiguous business challenges into reliable, scalable solutions, owning production quality, and mentoring peers as the product evolves with AI integration and enterprise data needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering with full-stack proficiency.
• Strong experience with Python, React/TypeScript, and databases.
• Experience building and scaling early-stage products to production.
• Ability to design robust data models and APIs for complex logic.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build core product capabilities from the ground up using Django, Python, React, and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop quota, capacity, territory management features and AI-powered planning.
• Optimize performance for enterprise-scale datasets and ensure reliability.
• Define technical requirements and migrate to a common platform architecture.
• Design scalable data models, APIs, and system architectures.
• Maintain code quality, automated tests, observability, and production readiness.
• Mentor engineers and participate in on-call rotation.
