Job summary

Lyric is hiring a Full Stack Engineer focused on frontend with extensive React/Next.js experience to modernize our healthcare decision intelligence platform. You will own the front-end architecture, contribute to the design system, and ensure accessibility and performance while collaborating with backend engineers on a .NET + PostgreSQL stack.

You will leverage AI agents to accelerate migrations, testing, and documentation, while maintaining rigorous quality and security in a regulated

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping production software.
• Strong front-end experience with React/Next.js or Angular with React experience.
• Fundamentals of web platform: TypeScript, HTML/CSS, accessibility, performance, testing, build and release tooling.
• Solid experience with C# and modern .NET (Core+).
• Comfortable with SQL and designing sensible schemas; API design with versioning and testing.
• Cloud experience with AWS and/or Azure.
• Experience using AI coding tools daily and guiding automated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-end modernization of the product with modular, accessible React components.
• Own the end-to-end front-end experience including design system, responsive layouts, accessibility, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with UX on complex workflows and permissioning beyond happy-path flows.
• Shape and extend .NET APIs used by the UI and optimize backend data access and SQL performance.
• Deliver end-to-end features on a real .NET + PostgreSQL stack.
• Use AI agents to accelerate migrations, testing, and documentation while preventing regressions.
• Maintain security and privacy as defaults in healthcare-focused software.
• Partner with analysts, stakeholders, designers, and engineers to translate business problems into working software.
