Job summary

Lyric is seeking a Full Stack Engineer focused on front-end excellence to modernize our product with modular React applications and a robust design system. You will also shape .NET APIs, optimize PostgreSQL-backed data flows, and leverage AI tools to accelerate migrations and testing.

You’ll work with product, UX, and DevOps to deliver customer-facing features at scale while maintaining high accessibility, performance, and security standards in a healthcare-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping production systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-end modernization of the product with modular React applications.
• Own the UI experience layer: design system contributions, responsive layouts, accessibility, performance, and stability.
• Partner with UX on complex flows and permissions in data-heavy screens.
• Shape and extend the .NET APIs your frontend consumes and ensure clean seams between client and server.
• Contribute to backend changes and data pipelines as needed for UI requirements.
• Use AI agents to accelerate migrations, test scaffolding, and documentation while guarding against hallucinations.
• Build with security and privacy as defaults for healthcare data.
