Lyric, the trusted leader in healthcare decision intelligence, is hiring a Full Stack Engineer with a front-end focus. This remote role centers on delivering modular Angular/React frontends, a robust design system, and seamless UX, while shaping the .NET APIs and PostgreSQL queries on the backend.

You’ll work with product, UX, and DevOps to ship features at scale, using AI agents to accelerate refactors, migrations, and test coverage, while maintaining quality and security in healthcare

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years building production software.
• Deep front-end experience with React/Next.js (or Angular with React) and design systems.
• Strong fundamentals: TypeScript, HTML, CSS, accessibility and performance.
• Solid working experience with C# and modern .NET; read/extend/refactor service code.
• Comfortable with SQL and Postgres; API design and versioning.

• Lead front-end modernization and modular architecture.
• Deliver full-stack features on a .NET + PostgreSQL stack.
