Lyric is a leading healthcare decision intelligence company focused on modernizing its payment integrity platform with a front-end-centric role. You will craft modular React applications, contribute to a .NET + PostgreSQL stack, and apply AI agents to drive migrations, tests, and documentation.

You’ll work closely with product, UX, and DevOps to deliver high-quality, scalable features in healthcare. The role emphasizes security, privacy, and observable software, with a design that balances speed

Qualifications

5+ years building and shipping production systems.
Strong React/Next.js (or Angular with React leadership).
Solid fundamentals on TypeScript, HTML, CSS, accessibility, testing and performance.
Experience with C# and modern .NET (Core+).
Comfortable with SQL and database tuning.
API design with versioning, auth and reliability.
Cloud experience with AWS/Azure.
Experience using AI coding tools as daily driver.

Responsibilities

Lead front-end modernization of the product with modular, accessible React applications.
Own the full experience layer including design system contributions and performance.
Collaborate with UX on complex workflows and permissions.
Shape and extend .NET APIs and optimize backend interactions.
Write efficient SQL, and contribute to data pipelines when needed.
Build AI-assisted workflows and reusable playbooks for the team.
