Job summary

Lyric is hiring a Full Stack Engineer focused on the frontend. You will design and build modular React applications, contribute to a design system, and ensure accessibility and performance. You’ll also work on .NET APIs, SQL queries, and data pipelines to deliver end-to-end features.

You’ll leverage AI tools to accelerate migrations and testing while maintaining quality. This role emphasizes healthcare data security and responsible AI usage in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping production software.
• Deep front-end experience with React/Next.js or Angular with React depth.
• Strong fundamentals: TypeScript, HTML, CSS, accessibility, performance.
• Solid experience with C# and modern .NET.
• Comfortable with SQL and database design.
• API design and integration experience.
• Cloud experience with AWS and/or Azure.
• Experience using AI coding tools for multi-file refactors and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end modernization of the product with modular, accessible React apps.
• Own the experience layer end-to-end with design system contributions and responsive layouts.
• Shape .NET APIs and optimize backend services for frontend performance.
• Ship features end-to-end with minimal backend hand-holding.
• Use AI agents to accelerate migrations, tests, and documentation while guarding against hallucinations.
