Job summary

CSC Generation is seeking a Senior Front End Engineer to work across the full front-end stack, collaborating with product, design, and back-end engineers to deliver features that reach millions of customers.

In 6–12 months, you will ship meaningful improvements to core experiences, establish yourself as a technical leader via code reviews and mentorship, and actively integrate AI-driven tooling into your development workflow. You will own features with end-to-end responsibility in a lean team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building complex, high-performing web applications.
• Deep expertise in React and JavaScript ES6/TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of web performance, accessibility, and security best practices.
• Proven track record of writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop well-designed, testable, and scalable web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern frameworks.
• Explore and integrate AI tools to streamline development and user engagement.
• Deliver new features and optimize existing experiences at speed and scale within an agile workflow.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers.
• Write and maintain unit tests and automated test suites to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Partner closely with product, design, and back-end engineering to ship cohesive end-to-end features.
• Stay current with the latest trends in front-end engineering, design patterns, and AI-driven development.
