Qualifications

6+ years of professional software engineering with full-stack focus
4+ years delivering AI/ML solutions
1+ year designing/implementing agentic workflows (orchestrations, tool integration, state management)
1+ year developing agentic AI solutions using Claude Agent SDK
1+ year deploying production Claude models
1+ year in client-facing development and REST/GraphQL
Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technical field
Willingness to travel ~50%
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

Architect, design, and implement scalable full-stack features
Design and operate RESTful and asynchronous APIs on cloud-native infra
Lead end-to-end delivery from requirements to deployment and monitoring
Integrate Claude models and retrieval-augmented generation workflows
Collaborate with product/design/engineering to translate requirements
Troubleshoot, improve performance, write tests, and support production readiness
