Pacific Asset Management, LLC is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the Workforce Benefits Billing Team in Newport Beach, CA. The candidate will design, build, and support billing capabilities central to Workforce Benefits’ digital-first experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) and 5+ years of application development experience.
• Experience building enterprise web applications and APIs using modern technologies (Java, .NET, or similar).
• Hands‑on experience working within cloud‑based environments (AWS preferred).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and modern development workflows.
• Familiarity with API integration patterns and enterprise middleware platforms.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently in complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated ability to contribute to system modernization and performance improvements.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $124,830.00 - $152,570.00 (actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and location). Additional incentive pay may also be offered.
