Job summary

Tecla is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to build production software using modern agentic AI tools as a core part of daily workflow. You will work across .NET Core backend and React/TypeScript frontend, AWS infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines from a small, fully remote team in a regulated environment.

You will drive significant output with AI agents while ensuring code security, quality, and maintainability, and align with CMS and healthcare compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Senior full-stack developer with deep .NET Core expertise.
• Proficient using agentic AI coding tools for production work.
• Ability to scope work and direct AI agents with clear specs.
• Strong security, testing, and compliance mindset in regulated environments.
• Experience with Docker, AWS, and PostgreSQL in production.
• Familiarity with Terraform and IaC.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using .NET Core, OpenAPI, and gRPC.
• Manage data access and modeling with Entity Framework and PostgreSQL.
• Implement authentication and data-protection measures using OpenID Connect.
• Deploy and operate containerized services on AWS (ECS Fargate, ECR, S3, Aurora/RDS) using Docker.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD, and manage infrastructure as code with Terraform.
• Apply secure development practices and support compliance with CMS, EDE, and healthcare regulatory standards.
