Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience building enterprise-grade commercial software.
• Strong backend services and APIs with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Strong full-stack architecture understanding (frontend, backend, APIs, relational databases).
• Experience with SQL and PostgreSQL relational databases.
• Experience with relational data modeling, joins, indexes, transactions, schema design, and migrations.
• Experience using typed data-access layers or ORM frameworks.
• Proven experience delivering production-ready software features from design through deployment.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for software development, including PR walkthroughs and explanations of AI usage, validation, and improvements.
• Strong software development practices including testing and performance optimization.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deliver enterprise-grade software applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Build scalable, maintainable frontend interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and business logic using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Design APIs with validation, error handling, security considerations, and performance optimization.
• Work with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases, including data modeling, SQL queries, schema design, indexing, transactions, and migrations.
• Develop and maintain applications within an existing micro-frontend architecture.
• Contribute to new product development initiatives, including prototyping and MVPs, and agent-based workflow automation.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools while maintaining code quality and reliability.
• Review and validate AI-generated code, identify issues, and implement corrections.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Design, QA, and leadership to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify technical debt, improve documentation, and suggest development process enhancements.
• Work independently in a product-discovery environment with evolving requirements and priorities.
