SupportYourApp is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer for a healthcare technology platform used by clinics. You will own features end to end, build AI-powered capabilities, and maintain production health while collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include shipping features in Django/DRF, PostgreSQL, React/TypeScript, maintaining test suites, and mentoring others. Remote work is offered; USD compensation applies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience with Python/Django and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, particularly ECS and RDS.
• Confidence working with React.
• Practical experience building AI features and LLM-based products.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Jira.
• Fluent English (B2+), both written and spoken.
• Ownership mindset; able to lead incident resolution and mentor others.
• Healthcare or clinical workflow experience; healthcare integrations.

Responsabilités

• Ship features end to end in Django/DRF, PostgreSQL, and React/TypeScript.
• Maintain the Playwright end-to-end test suite and keep it green.
• Build AI features and agent access components on AWS Bedrock.
• Plan releases: scoping, QA, migrations, feature flags, rollbacks.
• Own production health across ECS, RDS, Celery, and real-time services.
