Job summary

Ouzinkie Native Corporation in the United States seeks a senior software engineer to lead full-stack development on the DBiT platform for US Census work. You will design, build, and maintain business logic, data-access, and UIs using Angular, React, Java, Hibernate, and Spring.

You will work in an Agile Scrum team, implement RESTful services, contribute to CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub Actions, and document requirements in Confluence.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with Java and related frameworks (Hibernate, Spring, Stripes).
• Experience with Angular and React.
• Experience building RESTful services and microservices.
• Experience with GitHub Enterprise and CI/CD tooling.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum in a government CI/CD environment.
• Eligible for Public Trust position and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Work in an Agile Scrum team to meet contract milestones and reporting requirements.
• Develop new software functionality and maintain existing codebase.
• Build front-end features using Angular and React with Java back-end services.
• Develop RESTful services and microservices and automate builds in CI/CD.
• Ensure code adheres to ADSD standards and configuration management.
• Document requirements and participate in standups and sprint planning.
