Job summary

ICF is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to drive modernization of the myTTB platform, building Java REST services and Angular UI with Storybook components for reusable UI. You will design data models in PostgreSQL, implement security with Keycloak, and deploy cloud-native solutions on Azure.

Join a collaborative team of product managers, UX designers, and developers delivering scalable, secure, end-to-end solutions using GitLab CI/CD in a fully remote US environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack development experience using Java, Angular, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and Azure.
• 5+ years implementing authentication and authorization with Keycloak or similar.
• 5+ years experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• 2+ years in DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Work in full life-cycle software engineering project environment.
• Conduct code reviews, implement unit/integration tests, and ensure quality.
