Job summary

CACI is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to support the Department of Homeland Security’s Cyber Crimes Center (C3). Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field; 5+ years of full stack production experience
• Experience developing dark web applications using Tor for secure, anonymous communication
• Advanced proficiency in frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue) with strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills
• Expert backend development with Python, Node.js, or Java
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL optimization
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows
• Experience with Docker and containerization
• Knowledge of security best practices, anonymization technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Active Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain and maintain clearance
• Desire to integrate AI/ML models and frameworks

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex web applications with frontend and backend tech
• Develop and maintain custom applications and tools to support DHS C3 investigations
• Build applications using dark web technologies for secure communications
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices for system integration
• Write clean code in Python and JavaScript; implement modern UI with React/Angular/Vue
• Develop server-side apps with Express.js, Django, or Flask
• Maintain and deploy via Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines
• Design and optimize scalable database schemas
• Integrate apps with existing systems through APIs
• Develop solutions for anonymized/dark web environments while ensuring OSS
• Collaborate with data scientists, infra engineers, and security specialists
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and QA
• Document architecture, APIs, and specs
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects and performance issues
• Support SDLC from requirements to production
• Ensure compliance with federal security standards
