Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Senior Web Developer to join an AGILE development team working with HTML5, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, C#.NET, SQL, Ruby on Rails, AI, and AWS to develop government applications.

The developer will collaborate with analysts, UI/UX developers, testers, and customers to define requirements, implement business logic, and refine applications. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant web development experience.
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• C#.NET and Bootstrap proficiency.
• Experience using AWS cloud services to build cloud-native apps.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and self-motivate.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, develop, and modify software systems (custom, COTS, GOTS).
• Collaborate with analysts, UI/UX developers, and subject matter experts to define requirements.
• Develop cost estimates and perform impact analysis for software changes.
• Adhere to program configuration change control standards.
• Present ideas for system improvements; write detailed specifications and code.
• Write interfaces and conversion routines leveraging web APIs.
• Support formal testing before production deployment.
• Provide input into training manuals for users.
• Maintain knowledge of feature and technical changes in the application.
