Job summary

CAC I International Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to support the Department of Homeland Security's Cyber Crimes Center (C3).

You will design and implement scalable web applications and investigative tools, integrating with existing systems and employing dark web technologies for secure, anonymous communications. You will work with a collaborative team to deliver mission-critical software for national security, using modern frontend and backend frameworks and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

• Design and develop scalable, secure applications that support critical law enforcement investigations targeting criminal networks and dark web operations
• Build custom solutions that integrate with existing investigative systems and infrastructure
• Work within a collaborative technical team delivering mission‑critical software for national security operations
• Apply modern full stack development practices to solve complex investigative challenges in anonymized environments

This position requires U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) with strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills
• Expert‑level backend development experience with Python, Node.js, or Java
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL query optimization
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows
• Experience maintaining and deploying applications using Docker and containerization
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Knowledge of web security best practices, secure coding principles, and anonymization technologies
• Excellent problem‑solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams
• Active Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain and maintain clearance
