Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional full-stack development.
• Strong Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot with RESTful API design.
• Relational database experience with PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on AWS GovCloud and containerization/orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).
• TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End development: design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack apps with React frontend and Java/Spring Boot backend.
• Cloud integration: architect and deploy scalable microservices in AWS environments.
• DevSecOps & automation: integrate code into CI/CD pipelines and perform automated security testing.
• Database engineering: optimize PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and migrations.
• Security & compliance: ensure RMF and NIST 800-53 controls are met.
• Collaboration: participate in Agile ceremonies and work with UI/UX for Human-Centered Design.
• System performance: monitor health with Splunk/New Relic and resolve issues.
