Pacific Life Insurance Company in Newport Beach, CA is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and support billing capabilities central to Workforce Benefits’ digital-first experience. You will work on modern platforms, supporting billing, enrollment, and partner integrations for a seamless customer experience.

You will join a team within a broader WBD platform ecosystem, collaborating with product, QA, and platform teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required.
• 5+ years of application development experience.
• Experience building enterprise web apps and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain billing services and APIs for employer/broker platforms.
• Build and deploy solutions in AWS cloud.
• Develop and maintain apps using CI/CD pipelines and modern delivery practices.
• Work with API integrations and middleware platforms.
• Enhance billing experiences in employer/broker portals for usability and transparency.
• Provide production support, monitoring, and incident response.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and platform teams to deliver scalable solutions.
