Job summary

Novalink Solutions is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to join a hybrid team in Hartford, CT. This role will drive SDLC activities, collaborate with a SI, and contribute to both existing .NET/SQL systems and the new SACWIS-related data integration efforts.

The candidate will design data architectures, develop SSIS/SSRS ETL pipelines, and build Tableau-based reports while coordinating with business analysts and users to verify requirements and ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with BI and data integration.
• Expertise with Tableau and SQL-based reporting.
• Experience with SSIS/SSRS or Talend and data warehousing.
