Job summary

TALENT Software Services is seeking a senior lead full stack developer in Hartford, CT to support .NET applications and the SACWIS system. You will work with the System Integrator to ensure knowledge transfer and ongoing maintenance for the module.

Responsibilities include developing Tableau reports, designing data architectures, ETL/ELT, data migrations, and ensuring data quality while meeting tight deadlines. Strong communication and self-direction are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with Senior/Lead roles.
• 5+ years of experience with Tableau.
• 5+ years of expertise in writing complex SQL queries.
• Experience with T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS or Talend.
• Experience deploying SSIS packages with Git and SQL Server Agent.

Responsibilities

• Develop Tableau reports and dashboards per user requirements.
• Design and develop database architecture and data models.
• Migrate and integrate data from legacy systems.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using SQL and SSIS.
• Optimize data loads and query performance; validate data flows.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts and users to verify requirements.
