Nleague Services Inc. is seeking a Tableau Database Developer in Hartford, CT, offering a hybrid schedule.

You will lead development of Tableau reports, manage ETL processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on data architecture and integration tasks. The role requires senior-level expertise in Tableau, SQL, SSIS/SSRS and data modeling, with a focus on delivering robust data solutions within a SACWIS/SSIS framework.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience in data analytics and development.
• 5+ years of Tableau development and dashboard reporting.
• 5+ years writing complex SQL queries and T‑SQL.
• Experience with SSRS, SSIS or Talend for ETL development.
• Experience deploying SSIS using Git check-in and SQL Agent jobs.
• Proficiency with data modeling, data integration and data quality.
• Experience with data migration from legacy systems to new platforms.
• Strong problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Develop Tableau reports and dashboards per user needs.
• Design and maintain database architectures and data models.
• Create ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion and cleansing.
• Coordinate with BI analysts and SI to validate requirements.
• Optimize SQL/SSIS performance and ensure data quality.
• Migrate data from legacy to new SACWIS/N-tier systems.
• Implement data analytics best practices for reporting and analytics.
