Job summary

MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a Senior Tableau Report Developer to design and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports in a hybrid Connecticut-based role. The position calls for strong SQL skills, SSIS/SSRS expertise, and experience with ETL/ELT processes across data integration efforts.

The role requires collaboration with Business Analysts, users, and System Integrators throughout the SDLC and a focus on data quality, performance, and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years overall IT experience.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Tableau.
• 5+ years writing complex SQL / T-SQL.
• Strong expertise in SSIS, SSRS, Talend.
• Experience deploying SSIS packages, SQL Agent jobs, Git/version control.
• Experience working with SQL Server, DB2, and other databases.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Design and implement ETL/ELT solutions (SSIS / Talend).
• Create and optimize complex SQL / T-SQL queries, SSRS reports, and stored procedures.
• Support data migration and integration from legacy systems.
• Optimize SSIS package and SQL performance.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, users, and System Integrators across the SDLC.
• Implement data quality, reconciliation, error handling, and performance best practices.
