Job summary

Vaco by Highspring seeks a hands-on Full Stack Engineer to own modern, data-aware applications in a Microsoft/Azure environment. You will set engineering standards, write specs, and ship reliable services while mentoring teammates as the team grows.

You will design scalable APIs and front-end components, integrate AI features, and collaborate across stakeholders and third-party build partners to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production C#/.NET systems.
• 5+ years building a modern front-end with React/Angular.
• Experience in a cloud environment (Azure or AWS).

Responsibilities

• Own full stack architecture and implementation across modern web apps.
• Design and develop scalable services and APIs (C#.NET) with front-end components (React/Next.js, TypeScript).
• Write clear specs, technical requirements, and documentation.
• Evaluate and integrate AI capabilities into the product roadmap.
• Build secure integrations with internal/external systems and design for resilience.
• Collaborate with engineers to deliver incremental value and drive backlog.
• Partner with offshore teams for long-term maintainability.
