Job summary

CSafe is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to own modern data-aware applications in a Microsoft/Azure environment. You’ll set engineering standards, write specs, and coordinate delivery with stakeholders while mentoring teammates.

You’ll design scalable services (C#.NET) and responsive front-ends (React/Next.js, TypeScript), and drive integration of AI features into the roadmap. Expect hybrid in-office work (3–4 days) with up to 5% travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years building production systems in C#/.NET (6/8+).
• 5+ years building a modern front-end application (React/Angular).
• Experience developing in a cloud environment (Azure or AWS).
• Experience with API design (REST/JSON), security (OAuth2/OIDC/Entra ID).
• Experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions).
• Experience with Terraform/Bicep, AKS, and modern frontend stack (React, TypeScript).

Responsibilities

• Own full stack architecture and implementation across modern web apps.
• Design and develop scalable services and APIs (C#.NET) plus front-end components (React/Next.js, TypeScript).
• Write clear specs, technical requirements, and documentation.
• Evaluate and integrate AI features into the product roadmap.
• Build secure integrations with ERP/CRM and design for resilience.
• Collaborate with engineers to deliver incremental value and manage backlog.
• Partner with offshore teams for knowledge transfer and delivery alignment.
• In office requirement – three to four days a week.
• 5% travel may be required for training and meetings.
