Job summary

Aston Carter seeks a Recruiter II for a contract role in Seattle, WA. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding, using your judgment to support hiring strategies and high-performing teams.

You will lead and possibly direct others, coordinate with hiring teams, and leverage ATS and other tools to maintain accurate candidate records and drive timely hires. Salary is paid hourly at $50.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree typically required.
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience closing candidates and negotiating offers.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned roles from sourcing to selection.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess fit and qualifications.
• Check references and verify information to support hiring decisions.
• Develop, present, and negotiate offers with candidates.
• Coordinate orientation and onboarding activities for new hires.
• Refine recruiting processes based on market trends and outcomes.
