Job summary

Panoramah America LLC in Coral Spring, FL is seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in-office for a full-time role. You will independently manage the company’s bookkeeping, accounting and administrative activities.

You will maintain financial records, handle A/P and A/R, coordinate insurance and licenses, prepare journal entries and monthly/quarterly reports, and work with outside accountants for monthly reviews.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience.
• Strong QuickBooks Online knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Construction bookkeeping desirable.
• Conversational Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, timely, and well-organized financial records.
• Execute accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Coordinate company insurance policies, renewals, audits, claims, and certificates of insurance. Track subcontractor insurance certificates and required compliance documents.
• Maintain and renew contractor licenses, business licenses, registrations, and permits. Monitor expiration dates and ensure required filings are completed on time.
• Provide general administrative assistance, including correspondence, scheduling, filing, document preparation, and recordkeeping.
• Work with outside accountants for monthly review of records.
