Job summary

Encore Management Services LLC in Henderson, NV seeks an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage client files and collaborate with our bookkeeping team. The role requires extensive full-cycle experience in both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities include owning client books through month-end close, reconciling Bank/credit card accounts, handling AP/AR/payroll, and preparing P&L and balance sheets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years full-charge or full-cycle bookkeeping.
• Proven experience in both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
• Experience with multiple client or company files.
• Strong Excel and attention to detail.
• Able to follow firm procedures and hit close dates.
• Experience in a bookkeeping firm or CPA firm preferred.
• QuickBooks ProAdvisor a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned client books from coding through month-end close.
• Work in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and related accounts.
• Handle AP, AR, and payroll entries as scoped per client.
• Prepare P&L, balance sheet, and close workpapers.
• Keep files review-ready for the team and year-end CPA.
• Meet monthly deadlines across multiple clients.
• Flag missing documents and unusual activity promptly.
